I have a technique I've developed that, in my experience, is the quickest, most direct method of manifestation. It is extremely subtle, and might not work immediately if you refuse to let go of your resistant thoughts and take responsibility for your life, but I've had very good success with it. I wanted to share it here.
In the law of attraction, the goal is to remove focus from what you don't want, and give more focus to what you do want.
Mindfulness is all about detachedly observing your thoughts and emotions. I find that when you do this with resistant thoughts/emotions, they tend to disperse very quickly. You might feel them very strongly at first, but then they dissolve.
In the law of attraction, it seems we give a lot of focus to words, to thoughts, to visualizations. However, none of these things actually matter. The only thing that matters is feelings.
So I like to work on a subtler level, but one that I think is more effective because of its subtlety.
Essentially, as I think of it, it goes like this:
Step 1: apply mindfulness to slow down the negative momentum, and return to a neutral state of peace. Several LOA teachers have said that this void state is the most powerful for manifestations. It is when you are fully connected with your true universal nature.
Step 2: In this void state, lightly bring up the feeling that you are wanting to bring into manifestation. If you want money, then maybe it's abundance, or security. If you're manifesting a relationship, then maybe it's companionship, being loved, etc.
So without alluding to the wished-for physical manifestation itself, you touch on that feeling. Not too heavily, unless it comes easily. You don't force it, but just invite it to come. And once it starts, you allow yourself to naturally focus on it. Anything you focus on expands, so it naturally grows.
After this, it naturally picks up momentum. You might have thoughts of when you felt like this in the past. You might think how nice it would be to have this manifestation. Or just other random things that support this feeling will arise. That's when you know you have momentum going. You allow it to grow for as long as is possible, and then you drop it for the day. Return to it once or twice per day in this same way, and otherwise forget it.
If throughout the day negative emotions arise concerning this or any manifestation, employ the mindfulness technique again to neutralize them and return to void. Lightly reaffirm your intention, and drop it.
I know this method is pretty unusual, but it has worked very well for me. You don't get tied up in the details, and it works very quickly.
